PROFESSIONAL OVEN CLEANING SERVICES
Are there any additional charges that need to be paid?
There are no hidden extras other than if your appliance requires replacement bulbs or filters and you choose to purchase these or other consumable products from us at the time of the appointment.
In the unlikely event that parking charges are incurred at the job location these will be payable by the customer.
Are there any parts of the oven you don't clean?
All removable and accessible parts of the oven are cleaned thoroughly, where there is a fixed element in the roof of the cooker (usually a grill element) we are able, in the majority of cases, to get behind and clean to a very high standard..
Are you fully insured?
Yes, we are fully insured whilst working at your residential or business location.
Do you clean the glass doors?
Yes, with the exception of sealed units most glass doors can be separated and cleaned thoroughly inside the cavity between the two skins of the door as well as the outside surfaces.
Do you clean stainless steel?
Yes, the stainless steel surfaces will be polished at the end of the cleaning process to leave a nice shine.
Do you carry spares?
Replacement bulbs, filters and consumable items are carried on the van, if you have reported a fault at the time of booking we will endeavour to bring any other relevant spares with us on the first visit.
Do you protect the floor?
We will always bring along dust sheets to protect the kitchen floor around the appliances being cleaned and where required overshoes will be worn to protect other carpeted areas used for access.
Does the oven need to be switched on to be cleaned?
None of the products we use require the oven to be switched on.
Does the oven cleaning process give off any dangerous fumes?
No, we only use specially formulated non-caustic, non-toxic products in the cleaning process; these are biodegradable, environmentally friendly and produce no unpleasant odours.
How long will the cleaning take?
We would usually allow two to three hours for the full cleaning process.
How soon after cleaning can I use my oven?
The oven can be used immediately after the cleaning has been completed.
How often will my oven need professionally cleaning?
This really does depend on the amount of cooking you do, for domestic ovens used most days you should probably consider a six month clean, for any other twelve months would be adequate, we can schedule a return appointment in advance and send you a reminder close to the appointment date.

Will you need to use my sink?
We do carry a supply of clean water for rinsing the oven components once they have been removed from the dip tank so should not need to use the sink.
What areas do you cover?
Broadly speaking we operate an area within a 15 mile radius of Kingswinford, Dudley but if in doubt please contact us for clarification
What type of payment do you accept?
We can only currently accept cash payments or bank transfer, all reasonable endeavours should be made to ensure payment is made on completion of the job.
Why should I get someone else to clean my oven?
Cleaning the oven is possibly the most time consuming, dirty and hated of all household chores, consumer oven cleaning products alone could never achieve the same results as a professional oven clean, why waste your time?
